This is literally from last VMAs, not to mention Bey's hair has been diverse over IASF, 4, and Self-Titled. IASF has mostly straightened dark brown hair, even on tour. 4 era photoshoots were mostly blonde, over the summer promo her hair was very curly/afro like up until the VMAs where she had hair similar to this. All of the 4 videos had different hairstyles. She's had close to this style hair (but much longer) since the MCSWT mostly, except for mid to late 2013 when she cut it to the bob and went mostly blonde again up until the ending dates of the MCSWT's first leg, then over 2014 she had this hair for MCSWT and OTR. It's not like she has the same weave on for every show, she just doesn't change her hair color/style every other week or stick to one style for the entirety of an era.
