It's pretty good for your first video, but it was too long and kinda lacked of interesting content and structure. Try to do something interesting that catches peoples attention like a challenge or a tutorial or just talk about one thing you absolutely love. This is always a good point to start from. If you gathered a solid base of followers, you still can talk about yourself, but at this point people get bored of you talking 8 minutes about yourself.
