I can't wait for this movie. Pissed we have to wait a year and a half for it though.

But as usual the media likes to twist things so all the articles that are coming out this morning are like "Vanessa is getting naked but this time on the big screen"

Either way this is gonna be such a departure for her and her first step into a more grown up movie career which I hope will also carry into her next album.

Super excited for this movie, but a little less excited ever since Amanda Seyfried, Evan Rachel Wood, and Emma Stone all dropped out.

Well he obviously thought she was a good option.
He even told MTV news he was impressed with her audition.

Plus Sucker Punch is his first original screenplay which he referred to as his "baby" so I'm sure he wouldn't have casted her unless he was 100% certain she could pull it off.

Vanessa already gets alot of attention from the media & this being her first real attempt to shed her disney image is sure to garner alot more around the movie's release.

Maybe I'm a bit biased being a Vanessa fan and all but I don't see this film flopping & while Vanessa is said to have a big role in the film she isn't the lead, Emily Browning is.

I was wrong. The Spirit is directed by Frank Miller. Zack Snyder directed Watchmen, so it can't be all bad
