It really depends. Frying is easy, yet unhealthy. Baked foods usually take some work, but they're usually good. Sautéed/stif fried food is going depends on what you're cooking. boiled and steamed foods are bland and ew.
Depends on the food...I think most meats taste better grilled -- chicken, ribs, steak etc. I tend to prefer fish grilled or broiled. Veggies I like either stir fried, grilled or steamed. I'm a southern girl, so I love deep fried too -- we will put any and everything in a deep fryer down south. You haven't lived until you've had fried pickles or broccoli tho.
