Kelly doesn't follow fashion, she's always made that perfectly clear. And Mob Wives isn't a huge phenomenon, it's not likely that Big Ang would be an extremely recognizable figure. That doesn't make her uncultured at all, I think you're reading a little too much into something which isn't there.
