1500 Calories per day, 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour spent between push ups, sit ups, squats, aerobics, etc. Make sure to drink tons of water, cut soda out of your life and any sweet stuff. Get proper rest too btw.
Google each meal calories so you can get your meals planned for the day and you should be set. (or check the back of the package for those that actually have the nutritional facts on the back)
Also try to set a proper eating schedule so you don't feel hungry at night.
