Overall yes.

Never really have any healthy problems, and I stay fairly active.

I eat loads of junk so I don't think so

I don't smoke nor drink alkohol, sometimes I eat sweets, I'm 50/50 healthy imo because I eat sweet things, such as cookies,pies,cakes sweets and other sweet stuff from time to time.

I'm very healthy physically.
Am very specific about my diet, do a lot of sports, don't smoke, don't do any drugs.
