The other girl is queen Christy Carlson Romano. She starred as Ren in Even Stevens, was the voice of Kim Possible, and starred with Hilary in the movie Cadet Kelly

Demi, Selena and Miley have broken away from Disney into real stars more than the other ones did, but I think the other ones really represent a golden age of Disney Channel.
