Ciara is a multiplatinum selling artist and at one point in time was outselling rihanna, how is beyonce and rihanna not her peers? They all came out at the same time, all 3 fuse r & b and pop music
These artists u listed, never even went platinum let alone had mainstream attention like Ciara, how are they ciaras peers? (Besides keyshia and ashanti, and both their last album outsold ciaras)
Shes definetly not irrelevant, but you cant say shes the most relevant r & b singer when the numbers dont match and shes getting outsold by artists with less media attention. Ciara is slowly turning into a black paris hilton, people care more about her personally than her actual music. And its frustrating because judging by her career choices and moves, i think its what she wants.
