Complaining you didn't get nominated is so damn tacky and desperate. There's always deserving people that have been paid dust and don't whine on the internet. As if any current day awards is anything to even fume about. They should be happy to be part of a hit show in the first place, the entitlement is sad. The show isn't even great, to me this isn't even a race issue when the show is a huge mess
Empire is a record breaking show, but because it's an all black cast, it's going to be overlooked. Sadly, I give the show 3 seasons before the praise totally wears off.
Do the Emmy's have reputation of favouring quality over popularity? Because I've never heard of a bad show winning before. If that's the case, I suppose no injustice was done. Wendy has never won either despite her record ratings.
The show deserved to be nominated for Drama Series. Every media outlet predicted it to get nominated saying it's too big of a show for the Emmys to ignore.
Better Call Saul is a trash show that took Empire's spot.
