Reporter Mike Petchenik from Atlanta WSB-TV says there’s an indictment related to the shooting of Weezy’s tour — which took place back in April. In the court documents, authorities claim Birdman and Young Thug conspired to kill Lil’ Wayne. This order was reportedly carried out by shooting suspect Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, who remains in police custody over the matter.
Birdman and Young Thug have not been arrested in connection with the indictment.
