But say you're smoking a spliff - it's likely that you won't get into trouble if you're caught. They'll most likely confiscate it and warn you. BUT that doesn't mean you go out and start smoking weed everywhere because they can legally arrest you. Depends on the police officer and if the circumstance. Growing it is a BIG no no. Having large amounts on you too is a no no, if you're caught.
