Not a lot of celebs dress up to go grocery shopping, I mean out of the ones who actually do their own grocery shopping. You would be surprised, dressing like this is more common than you'd think.

This isn't about dressing up, this is about the look overall. You can be a celebrity and still dress very casually, but still look like you have a stylist. This is simply "Gotta go to the store, gonna put my hair up I guess and put on this pink top and some short shorts" realness.

Who needs a stylist to go grocery shopping though? I'd go grocery shopping with my bball shorts, a tee and slippers.

That's my point. No one needs a stylist to go grocery shopping but when you are a megastar, you can afford to have a stylist and you're aware that you will be seen by the paparazzi and so you don't just throw a look together like you're any normal woman.

And even if you don't require the stylist to put together your outfit, likely they have already selected clothing for your wardrobe which you then mix and match as you please.

EDIT: FYI, this isn’t shadiness, I think it’s a good thing she’s presenting this realness. She is one of the biggest stars in the world and still acts like a normal human.
