It's a nice thought but Uranus doesn't have a rocky surface to land on unlike Earth, Mars, Mercury and Venus. The surface of Uranus is composed primarily of liquid with dissolved ammonia. You wouldn't be able to see much on the surface either because the gasses are really thick and prevent light. The core is rocky though and has been theorized to be made up of diamonds.

Most of the outer planets (except for Pluto) also have a ring but it's not as notorious as Saturn's and no, those flying rocks clash with other rocks producing smaller flying rocks traveling at a high speed.
