why did she have to apologize? it was VERY clear and understandable why she didn't do her best. That's her friend right there. Nevertheless, I thought she did amazing with the performance.
She was doing other things in LA when she knew about the memorial. She was like 'He's my friend. I gotta be there' and that's it. Not even a rehearsal. And after watching the performance quite a few times I realise it's pretty good.
Why do you all care so much? The performance was still better than some of your favorite artists could even dream.
She didn't need to issue an apology. She was paying respect to Michael, and not to anyone else.
It's ridiculous that people are criticizing her performance. She obviously did not want to break down and start crying on stage, and did her best to make it through the performance without doing so.
