Britney wasn't happy when she was on top of the world in 2003/4, and certainly not in 2008 during the Circus era, when her career was "resurrected" if you will. So I guess that's why she'd be depressed during what would normally be a happy moment.
Britney has gotten a lot of criticism over the past decade for not being what she was prior to her breakdown, even though she was clearly tired and unwell. That's how I interpret the thing about the mocking/knees giving out.
Her wanting to leave/the other Britney/ you waking up... Idk. She was tired of the spotlight, that was obvious. Maybe the other Britney is her now, acting like everything is fine even though she would rather be out of the spotlight?
The whole thing about an avalanche: you can remember all the good moments Britney has had in her career, but you will never forget her breakdown. It's a part of her story and a part of Pop culture.
Sounds to ME like you watched any Britney documentary from the past 7 years, had it on your subconscious mind, dreamed it, and made this thread.

Interesting feedback. Now that I'm fully awake and not in the sleep daze, (when I originally posted this) I don't think the avalanche symbolizes anything in particular. But maybe. Although it could represent her downfall [breakdown].
The media has always made Britney out to be a puppet manifested to their own doings, creating this image of Britney and what is expected of her. Hence, "greatest singer of all time," "her knees being damaged," and "the other Britney we saw next to her acting."
It causes hatred and when people think of Britney they only think of the negative and what the media tries to control what we see or visualize of Britney. The whole book thing I dreamed about when I woke up though, I think that just symbolizes what we are missing throughout all these years. Britney has accomplished many things and like the whole sky dive, or rock climbing recreational hobbies (which most would love to do before they die) just symbolizes that in the end Britney is human.
She isn't happy because we over look what really matters. How often does the media publishes Britney as a sweet heart? A woman with a huge heart and is always genuine? Only her true fans can see that because we see her in interviews and behind the scenes. But people who get washed up in all the bad propaganda only see the bad. I guess, from what I can conclude, is that my dream is signifying that what matters in the end is the inside. Her heart. Britney is a beautiful woman who's the sweetest gal you'll ever meet, but no one ever really pays attention to that. They focus on the dancing, singing, acting, sexual image, etc., hence why people sarcastically said "Let's say she's the best singer of all time!"
