I know her sexuality has nothing to do with her sexual identity. But he was straight before, now that she's a woman and she always liked women, is she considered a lesbian or...?

I think she's male inside but female on the outside.

She'd be a lesbian, because she's fully transitioned into being a woman. That's why some people get really uppity about the gender pronouns as well. It wouldn't make sense to say "He is a lesbian" But yes, technically she would be a "transgender lesbian"
