Authorities in East St. Louis, Illinois, on Friday were searching for an 18-year-old woman who allegedly struck four other women in a hit-and-run collision that was captured on video.
Police believe Moeshia Allen was driving a gray two-door car that slammed into the group, which was standing on a street in Lincoln Park during a June 27 altercation, KTVI reported.
Bystanders’ video shows four people being hit by the front of the vehicle and knocked to the ground. They then stand up and walk away from the scene as the car drives off in reverse.
No one was seriously injured in the collision, according to Michael Floore, chief of the East St. Louis Police Department.
East St. Louis chicks are tough. I thought they were playing car bowling based on that gif. When I moved to St. Louis for a job that was going to take me 6 months to do some installs and custom coding I was put up in the Central West End a very nice area downtown. The only thing I was really warned about was don't to East St. Louis.
