Everyone wants to forget about Wolverine Origins. They are allowed to switch it up, and I don't think anyone is going to really remember Deadpool from that movie anyways.
Plus pretty sure they wiped all the events that happened in it from Days of Future Past. It gave them a restart and can use that to say why they are different.
