Just for your information Shakira is almost as big as Mariah Carey, well actually she is bigger than mariah carey in Europe without a doubt, and FO1 (Spanish album) outsold Mariah's "E=MC^2", and if Im not mistaken sold almost as many copies as Hard Candy did. let's not mention beyoncé.
In The states Shakira may be the least popular between those, but she is the only latin artist that is relevant and can peak that higher, HDL wasnt her only big hit there, you better check WW and UYC
