Muslim man publicly assaults "inappropriately-dressed" woman

A Jordanian man in his 20's commenced slapping a woman several times in the "Jordanian University Street" area in the Capital, Amman, after he considered her actions an insult to him.
According to details, the man stopped her asking her to dress appropriately especially since it's like last 10 days of Ramadan, the Holy Month. The woman considered his allegations as intrusion to her privacy and reportedly cursed at the man and at God which irritated the man and provoked him to start slapping her repeatedly, until pedestrians interfered and put them apart.
Both parties evacuated the location, but the woman was threatening to sue, the man was repeating the famous Muslim sentence "Hasbi Allah Wa Ni'malwakil" [which roughly means: Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)]
He should move to his neighbor country Saudi Arabia if he wants to see women dressed as he wants. Unfortunately for him, Jordan is much freer and more open than his mentality.
