But Liam Hemsworth has left fans feeling impatient after he hinted at a scene that many fans would no doubt be interested in seeing.
Speaking to E! News on the Comic-Con red carpet in San Diego on Thursday, the 25-year-old said his character Gale Hawthorne and Peeta Mellark (played by Josh Hutcherson) share a kiss in the movie.
'Josh and I kiss in the film,' the Aussie actor said, adding 'It's a really epic scene. I'm excited for fans to see it.'
But while his on-screen bromance with Josh blossoms, it seems their bond has now been taken into the real world.
Liam told Moviefone website that the duo share a ultimate bond with one another and their co-star Jennifer Lawrence.
'We've always had such a close relationship with each other...It'll be a lifelong friendship,' he said.
It's just those scenes were a bro gets so happy his bro saved his life or some **** and gives him that bro kiss thing.don't think it's anything special you homosexuals.
Probably just joking, the book doesn't call for any type of interaction where they'd kiss. I don't even think they interact in the book iirc unless Katniss just has them both with her as they revolt.
