Well ultimately the parent chooses what they wear since they buy the clothes, but I agree children should be able to express themselves how they want but there needs to be boundaries. Unfortunately there are malicious people in the world who want to hurt and take advantage of inexperienced young people (*cough* Tyga *cough*) so you have to protect them.
