So yesterday I pushed my boyfriend onto the floor after he slapped me (I think he did, I don't remember quite well) and I got kicked out from the club we were in, my question is, does domestc violence count when the 2 persons are drunk? Personally I'm not angry, first of all I don't remember quite well what happened and I bet he had reasons to hit me, I'm just angry I wasted money to get kicked out before the party ending.

What's your opinion on this? Is it domestic violence when one is drunk and isn't quite aware of their actions? Should I tell the cops? Should I just forget and move on? Am confused
