They need to get attorneys because thats not even fair. You can't force someone into somebodies life.

All 3 of those kids obviously don't want him around for a reason contrary to the judges beliefs they don't want to be around him for a reason. He obviously hasn't been in their lives enough because if so this wouldn't really be an issue

The fact that a judge ordered them to have lunch with him and they refused gives us an idea of the circumstances, they're obviously scared of him.

What does the father think about this though?

Yall need to relax, it is just contempt of court, which means they can be released anytime , any day (week day that is) if the apologise to the court and go to lunch with him. Its not like some one killed Beyonce

They have to apologise to the court for obstruction of justice, hence the outcome of civil contempt of court. like duh

I don't understand why the children would be held in contempt and not the custodial parent.

Because children in the US legit have the same amount of rights cattle have in these type of situations. But the second you turn 18 your parents can just as easily kick you to the curb. Messed up system

That judge is crazy

I would be so ****ing miserable.

Turns out my sister has this same judge in her custody case against her x. He is psycho about 8 years ago he snapped due to whatever reason, probably because my sister is a bitch, but either way he was diagnosed bi-polar schizophrenic and this judge wanted to give him unsupervised visitation. He drugged my niece and took her for a weekend and this judge still won't lock his ass up and still wants him to have rights to see her unsupervised.

He missed 9/10 scheduled monitored visitations and my sister told the judge she isn't going allow him access to her anymore because it is hurting her to much to go to these meetings expecting to see her dad and he never shows.

She was over today freaking out because of these 3 kids thinking she is going to be next.
