You are correct. Since there was no evidence of abuse by the father and all evidence pointed to the mother poisoning them against him the judge has every right to order them to spend time with him and they do not get to decide to ignore that due to them being minors.
It's the ruling that is over the line though and I question this judges ability to sit on the bench.
Clearly the kids are caught in the middle and the victims and then they end up getting the punishment.
