Yikes... This is my town and it's some crazy ass stuff going on with this family and their divorce plus the judge has lost her mind. I actually know this guy, the father, he is a GM engineer, very well known, very respected. The wife is psycho but I guess not enough to stop her from being an eye surgeon.

When they refused, Gorcyca held them in contempt and had each child hauled off to Children's Village's juvenile hall - until they are 18 years old.

You are correct. Since there was no evidence of abuse by the father and all evidence pointed to the mother poisoning them against him the judge has every right to order them to spend time with him and they do not get to decide to ignore that due to them being minors.

It's the ruling that is over the line though and I question this judges ability to sit on the bench.

Clearly the kids are caught in the middle and the victims and then they end up getting the punishment.

Pray for the kids. We all know what kind of a hell it was to live in this heteronormative world. I know it has nothing to do with sexuality, but when people don't listen to what you say and force you to do things, it's almost the same thing.
