The shooting took place on AN ISLAND. The police had to wait to get there because, guess what, THEY NEEDED A BOAT TO GET THERE. It had nothing to do with the goddamn weapons. They arrived on the island at 6:25PM and arrested him two minutes later.

I grew up in Norway and it was lovely, there are quite a lot of Pakistani, Turkish, Somali communities in Oslo and the surrounding towns. Just because there are a lot of white people doesn't mean they're racist, as far as I know none of the Scandinavian countries were involved in imperialism across the world like countries in mainland Europe were.
