This can't be real. The spit wouldn't still be that visibe due to the bread being put back on it, that sandwich was obviously spat on AFTER the bread was taken off for her to take that picture.

However if this was taken to court I'm pretty sure they would just test the saliva to see who's DNA it is and bam, we have our answer.

This is fake. There is no way the spit would still be so liquid when she got home. Even your ketchup 'dries up' after a while because it gets absorbed in the bread / other ingredients.
