That person on Twitter is not the same person that posted on Reddit. They're a troll, and they were trying to be like @thatswhatAsaid before this mess. They're trying to capitalize off of the "leak" and troll fans.
ABC Family confirmed the "leak" is fake, and a reliable Brazilian page that has leaked things over the years have said they're fake as well today.
Even if it's not's exactly the way it was in leak, it's seems pretty darn close. There is really no one else who fits.

I'm 99% positive Wren is A and that Melissa is Black Veil (or involved some other way), but everything else that guy posted was either sketchy or already confirmed to happen in the upcoming synopses. The fact that he said Lorenzo dies despite the actor being seen filming for 6B was a warning sign.
I just finished reading the Cece's theory and it makes a lot more sense then the Wren theories.
However, we all questioned the Daisygate spoilers, yet they were true. Why wouldn't it be true this time?

I don't know why everyone wants this wren thing to happen. First of all Ali doesn't even know who he is nor has she met him. The reveal would be so dull.
I want it to be someone who is actually close to all of them. Something that would actually be a BETRAYAL. This is shaping up to be so lame if true. And the Cece theories are yawn worthy as well.
