It feels like she's only apologizing because she knows she f**ked up and her team tell her to make a video to apologizes. In the video, I don't feel that she is sorry for what she had done. In fact, she sounds kinda unapologetic, and it feels like she's too high class for us to truly say sorry. I love you Ari but pls sound more apologetic when making a apologizes video , or else it's not gonna work well.

Moreover, she's still trying act all cute and that (fixing her hair and checking her face angle) in a apologize video which it makes me more meh, it's like she's asking for pity.

But yeah we'll forget about this and love her again by the end of the month.

This is soooooo fake. For one, her eyes are moving around everywhere like she's reading an email Scooter sent her with talking points for this video. Secondly, she sounds like she has a manager pointing a gun at her on the other side of the camera. It doesn't sound like she is truly sorry; it sounds like she wants to get this over with. She and her team would have done better to have not commented at all.

I'm glad she did this but yet again, she dodged talking about or even apologizing about what she did with the donuts. And for that, to me, makes the apology (as many times she is doing it), insincere. Acknowledge the fact that what you did to those donuts and how badly you treated the workers badly in your apology then I'll believe she's being sincere, tbh.
