Hate it. The only good thing is that I live in our capital city so at least I'm surrounded by more open minded people.
Being gay and living in Eastern Europe is simply something I would never wish on anyone + my country is generally falling apart because of numerous political and economical reasons. Hopefully one day I'll leave and never come back.
only 40% of our country is successful
the other 60% consists of dirty governance, street people, lack of discipline, dirty environment (particularly in metro manila), etc.
america's ok. i don't think it's that much different from the average first world country, at least as far as i know. i don't think it's as amazing as people here say but i don't think it's as bad as people on the internet say. it's got a lot of flaws but it has good points too. also, i've been to a lot of places in america and the only place i like more than where i live right now is boston (and new york city but i could never actually live there, too much going on), so i think i'm in a pretty good part of the country too.
that said there are areas here that really suck. i've been to texas multiple times and it's really, really bad. but there are also places that are a lot nicer, like where i live and a lot of the other major cities in the country. it's not so bad here.
