Someone help me understand, besides licking the doughnut and not paying, what did she do that was so wrong?

ppl ended up eating the donuts she licked. (apparently in the extended version of the video that the store owneer has) she also spat on two other donuts. she also intimidated or treated poorly a lady who was serving the donuts forcing her to go back and forth to the back and getting her new trays of donuts only to refuse every single one of them and then insulting americans taste buds by being "disgusted" by them.
I think all of this warrants ppl getting extremely mad at her.
I just wished she handled it differently

Oh wow, MESS. I wasn't aware of the other things, that's incredibly rude. I just thought it was about her licking the doughnut and the "I hate America" comment, which I don't think is that bad.
