either way 5.2 would be amazing but I mean if the album keeps selling 25k every week then it will push 100k in a month/4 weeks so I think 5.2 is a given. I think 5.6 is possible with a 5th and 6th single. but 6 million I think would be out of reach which is 100% fine of course

I'm gonna be stubborn and say I can not just see her hitting 6m but also 6.3m by the end of next year.

She doesn't have to repeat anything. Her next album being a huge success, a mediocre success or a straight up bomb won't change the fact that 21 was a huge success and a bigger era than 1989. Stick to praising your favorite and her era and move along.

Of course she won't, no one said she would outsell 21....

It's still impressive since 21 has somehow become the Thriller of the new millenium. No one said she did it faster than Adele to bring her down, we're just surprised because 21 had crazy weekly sales for months and months, nothing more than that.

Even faster than 21! Taylor still showing longevity 9 years into her career. She is no flash in the pan like some artists.

her albums total includes streams, doesnt it.. and those werent available in 2004 (nor 2005 when Mariah needed 39 weeks to cross 5,00 million on soundscan, actually in the album's 39th week its total was 5,041,944).
