How are people defending her on this site? I liked Ariana for her music but her incident at the donut store just made her look like an immature brat. Controversies are controversies, she was just being a horrible person in how she disrespected workers of that store. If anyone who wasn't a pop star did that, and you all saw it happen, you would be ragging that person as unbelievable. But because a pop star does it, it's okay and she has to "keep her head up" with the controversy that she caused herself.
