Comedy Central announced Wednesday that it will extend its flagship series, South Park, by three seasons (in addition to the two years remaining on the show's existing contract). The deal will keep original episodes of the foul-mouthed sitcom coming through 2019 — and through the series' landmark 300th episode.

According to the network's release, South Park Digital Studios has also extended its deal with Hulu. The streaming site will continue to host all of the show's new episodes, as well as the rest of the South Park library — which currently includes 18 seasons and 254 episodes.

It was one of the reasons why I got Netflix in the first place.
