I'd consider myself a casual fan. I don't think she's a good singer or performer and I don't think she stands out [say if were to remove all the popstars' stats, what would she be left with that makes her special?] but she writes great songs and she plays the guitar well. As for her brand, she's a walking collection of the corniest 2011 tumblr posts and I just can't get behind it but kudos to those that can. I also feel like she's not really a nice person behind it all bc sometimes she does some things that are just... I don't wanna say the b word. I'll forever cheer her on when she's winning and give her her props tho.
She is an amazing person. Not onlying is she an inspiration to me and millions but she has genuine talent and is as smart and she is pretty. I admire her kindness and positivity and I'm very proud of where she is now because she worked hard to get to where she is. Her music is also very strong and more versatile thansome people will admit. Her songwriting is exceptional and I think that will get her a very long and prosperous career. She has stayed true to her artistry since the beginning even when trying different genres and I admire that. Even past her success, her music has amazing longevity and a lot of it is timeless.

She's the new Queen of Pop. The media are hailing her impact and influence in the music industry and beyond. The fact that her accomplishments crushes their faves makes some atrlers get pressed, but they will have to deal with it. The haters stand on the wrong side of history. This is Taylor's era and it has a long way to go.
It is historically very rare for an artist to dominate the US music market for so long and have such critical and commerical success. That is why increasingly Taylor will be compared to legends of the past because she has little contemporary competition.

Also many ppl who doubted or disliked her have spoken, like Imogen Heap or Lorde, and they gave a great respond which means she's nice and not fake
Her music is like-able too. Her upbeat songs are catchy and the lyrics are so relatable, while her ballads are so deep and always bring the emotion
