You don't just get hacked randomly. Like I've been on hacking forums there and chatted with people and I'm still alive. If you are a dumbass and start clicking every link you can find and download anything that pops up and start messing with people and get into fights, that's when your ass might get in trouble. And that's only because compared to the surface internet, Deep Web has a higher percentage of people who can hack. And even then you need to download and install something they send you or allow something to run on your browser and stuff like that to get access to your computer. If you are just browsing regularly and you have common sense, nothing bad will happen.
