I've worked in several food facilities but none have looked as bad as this. I can see why some of the stainless steal is dirty/greasy but there's no excuse for 95% of this video.
This is definitely disgusting, I hope that place gets shut down. It looks like they've never had a health inspection a day in their life.
But still, most restaurants are no where near this bad, this is an extreme case (which I assume is why they went out of their way to document it). How are they even in there without any staff though?
That's how most kitchens from restaurants look like tbh. That's why it's better not no think how they made the food and just enjoy it if it's good.
Uh, not in the states or Canada. We have health regulations and inspectors that randomly pops in. Your restaurant can close if you do not pass their test.
Maybe in foreign countries that's how most restaurants look like but not in North America.
