Yeah. Thankfully it stopped but I used to get it freq. last year.
It got violent and extra creepy as time went by. More graphic and intense. I even recall a naked spirit trying to choke me to death while "raping" me and it felt so real.
I don't know what that is but sometimes I will wake up and i CANNOT move at all! It is honestly the worst thing ever, and it happens in dreams too sometimes, its all just meh
Yes, a few times too. Luckily I don't experience the hallucinations that often come with it. If you want to wake up, just try to blink really hard, as in, close your eyes tight and then open them again, that works for me usually. Though once you've experienced sleep paralysis enough, it doesn't scare you, it's just annoying if anything. I don't think I've ever had it while sleeping on my side so that's the best way to avoid getting it.

nnn that's happened to me before, I think the previous one is a dream and you wake up into sleep paralysis.
I was impregnated by a vindictive spirit. A few times actually. It all starts with sleep paralysis, but soon enough you'll be popping out children every few weeks.
Seek help before you find yourself stuck in this vicious cycle. You don't want to end up with three hybrid children, trust me.
I've had it a few times. I always get it after I lucid dream which used to happen like once a month, but I can't seem to get it to happen anymore. Anyways, I stay calm when it happens, I realize what's going on so I don't even try to move (cuz its futile anyways and the feeling of not being able to move when you want to is quite awful).
It's all worth it though, lucid dreaming is the absolute best!!
Its never happened to me at all but I kinda wish it happens I'm curious about it Have y'all watched the documentary the Nightmare??
It was a really good documentary tbh... they advertise it as really scary but it was not scary at all. Interesting to hear all the stories tho I do think its weird how some people see stuff/hear/feel stuff like how can that even happen. Like how dos your mind create all that and how do EVERYONE experience/hear/see the same creatures???
I used to get this on almost a weekly basis when I was driving a long distance to work. I would be tired and take a nap after work, and when I would go to bed that night, I would always have sleep paralysis. I've since moved closer to work and have only had a few episodes of sleep paralysis in the last year. For me I would say a nap increases my risk of it. Last week I was actually thinking "Wow I haven't had sleep paralysis in awhile," and of course I decided to take a nap that day and ended up having it that night!
It's not even scary anymore tho, it's just annoying. "Just hurry up and end so I can move my body!"
I've learned to sort of just let it happen and force myself back to sleep instead of fighting it bc it's happened to me five times back to back in the span of 5 minutes. My body was asleep and my brain wasn't or something like that. I've never experienced the hallucinations tho. Thankfully
It has happened to me a few times but I used to sleep on my back. I read somewhere to try sleeping on your side and I haven't had problems since unless I sleep on my back. I don't know how you sleep but I would avoid laying on your back.
Yeah, I've gone through periods where it was a weekly, and even daily, thing. Right now I'm on an off period though. For as many times as I've had it (at least a hundred), visual hallucinations have been quite rare for me.
