I'm sorry but this thread is about Michael. His children, grandchildren, great-grands and generations of Jacksons will benefit from his music, especially monetarily. His estate will make more money after his death.
But, since Madonna was mentioned...the best songs?? Ummm, that is debatable!
It's atrocious that people on here are so eager to dismiss Elvis in MJ's favor. These are THE top two music icons of all-time. No one will ever top these two kings and neither of them are superior to one another, let's leave it at that.
Rock N' Roll and Rock are NOT the same. Even Michael was more rock than Elvis.
MJ deserves to be called King Of Music because unlike Elvis, he experimented with almost every existent music genre. Don't get me wrong, I truly respect Elvis, but Michael was OBVIOUSLY a better and more complete MUSICIAN.
