How is it non-sense? The fact you use the "2.5M outside the US" in 2015 to brag about Bey's "4M outside the US" in 2008 is actually the real non-sense.
I just helped you to compare fairly both numbers and the fact, as proven, is that 2.5M in 2014 (2015 actually) > 4M in 2008.

Tay is doing good for herself this era hell better than good but she's still tay the disney candy cotton ratfaced princess,her image has been too solidified this way for any great change to come now...she's not more mature or any sexier she just still taylor. Beyonce was the 17th best selling album of 2008
and the 10th best selling album of 2009

1989 was the 2nd best selling album of 2014
and the 1st best selling album of 2015 so far

How do you dare to say that 1989 is bigger than Sasha when it is less successful in huge countries like Brazil, Germany, France, UK etc?

Like I said, 1989 is clearly bigger in the US, but when it comes to the overall status, Sasha was way bigger in way more countries, so it wins

Taylor was bigger without question. I'm not sure it's even up for debate. However, you could argue that because Bey's appeal seemed to know no bounds that she was bigger. She had pop hits Urban hits Rhythmic hits AC hits. Taylor doesn't seem to have country on her side this time around. In terms of raw sales though Taylor has it without question. I wonder how much of Taylor's success is her or the lack of real competition. 2008 was a very competitive year.

Albums sales have also decreased thanks to streaming, which Taylor refuses to be a part of.

Because of that her singles are starting to flop everywhere outside North America. Beyoncé didn't have to deal with that mess in 2008.

I Am Sasha Fierce was the 17th best selling album worldwide in 2008 and the 10th best selling album worlwide in 2009 while 1989 was the 2nd best selling album worldwide in 2014 and is the best selling album of 2015 so far. Bey had the most succesful tour and she probably will still have it when the 1989 tour ends but Taylor had bigger hits, I guess? So yeah 1989.

The I am world tour grossed about 120m
The 1989 world tour is definitely gonna do 200m with even less dates

Taylor still wins in this area without adjusting sales to the 2008 market. In 2009, I Am Sasha Fierce sold over 3.2 million copies around the globe and over 2.3 million copies in 2008. 1989 sold 4.3 million copies in 2014 alone and over 2.9 million copies this year not mention the fact that its still selling.
