I'm from Austria... therefore I can only name 1 director and at least 1 photographer who have put their talents into something magical:
Francis Lawrence, Director: P!nk's 'Just like a pill' video. (Also the creator of Gaga's 'Bad Romance' video). Ellen Von Unwerth, Photographer: Guess she's most prominent for her work on Christina's 'Back to Basics'. Has shot many magazine titles for many celebrities including my fave (Glamour).
Britney (Sweden): Max Martin, Shellback, Bloodshy&Avant, Jonas Åkerlund, Sebastian Ingrosso, Otto Knows, Klas Åhlund, Per Magnusson, Rami Yacoub etc.
