That's why the artists who release often use large groups of songwriters and why the artists who want to write everything by themselves release sporadically. I refuse to write anything now cause I already wrote enough material for 2 albums in late 2014 / early 2015, so I won't grab a pen again until September at the very least to let the creative juices marinate

Nah, I won't be involved in S8. I just want to really write an album and the fall is my favorite season, I'm always more creative then. I think I've written 28 songs in English, but they're not a body of work (14 of them were for PH6 and I kind of disown half of them). I want to get on beast mode this fall

I don't see why the former host has to decide on the next host. I'm planning to make a list out of everyone that's interested after the finale, send the list via PM to all former contestants and current judges and then I'll announce who got the most votes (without revealing the voters) in the reunion. Then, that person gets to choose their judging panel as they wish.
