It reminds me of when I did work for her Sasha Fierce album. It was Summer 2007, she invited us all to her studio. Then after about 3 weeks of working with barely any sleep, any food, etc she cancelled it all. She got fed it up and saw how her R&B did globally as B'Day era was ending, and told everyone who was black to leave the room and the white people stay. Hence the Pop era being born. It's also why 1 disc is R&B, 1 disc is Pop. She threw us out half-way through (with no pay, or even a plane ticket), and started doing Pop.
