I was actually raised in a poor Liberal family that hand nothing, I made something of myself and now I am able to give back when and where I choose. I don't forget where I came from but I see you Liberals clawing at my success as if I don't deserve it. We didn't get welfare or any assistance my parent worked their asses off.

Don't insinuate I am a drooling idiot and I won't be gloating. I have long since converted my family to Republicans they were just Liberal because they didn't know any better. It was pretty simple, when I took my parents by our old house in Detroit and it was essentially a crack house and I was like who do you think spends my money more responsibly the bloated government or me?

Its 10:40pm here I am still working, I just take breaks, perks of ownership. I won't be done working probably until 2am and I will be up at 8am. It's questionable if I work hard, I find my actual work easy when it comes to programming but the business end I hate dealing with it. That is what I'm working on now proposals. How many people do you know are working from 8am to 2am every day? Someone might send me a coding issue any second now and I will have to deal with it because if it lands on me something bad is going on if these guys can't figure it out. After 12 I'm usually safe no one is working that late on the left coast.

If you think Obamacare is a good thing then you are short sighted only the future will open your eyes to that mess. Yes there are good things in it but it is not sustainable. He would have been better off just pushing the Single Payer through. I would go for Single Payer and a Flat Tax / Fair Tax system that is worked on with both parties.

Lastly, there are tons of people leaching off the safety nets I am not even going to argue this point with you. Yes some need it and should get it that is why we have them.

No not necessarily synonymous; however, the way our political system is set up, it basically shoehorns your vote into one or the other (Republican/conservative or Democratic/liberal) in most cases. It's really sad that varying degrees aren't able to truly exist in practice even though someone may hold certain beliefs. To get closest to the things they are aligned with, fiscal conservatives usually have to end up voting for people that will be against progressive social policies, anyhow. Just the nature of our system, unfortunately.

No. You can vote for anyone in a main election as long as you're registered to vote in general regardless of registered party. The only elections that are exclusive to you being registered as Democract/Republican are the primary elections for those groups that decide on who will be the candidates running in the general elections.

you can't be socially liberal while being fiscally conservative. that is a MAJOR contradiction. conservative fiscal policies are what keeps the poor and disenfranchised poor and disenfranchised.

in fact conservative fiscal policies couldn't exist without marginalized groups of people.
