Yes she's giving a positive response to the album, but praise implies something a bit bigger than using a word such as "like". If she said "I love her new album" that's more like praise. Saying you like something or that something is nice is just being agreeable.

It's a great album, but, yes, it is overrated.

To answer the question. The album is massively overrated here. It has quite a few outstanding tracks mixed with quite a few average tracks. It's not the best album of anything, but also it's one of the few pop girl albums that appears on acclaimedmusic.net. It ended up on 4 different End of Decade / All TIme lists (none of those are Rolling Stone). It had numerous praises from major celebrities despite its underperformance. And it's probably Britney's best and most experimental album. It deserves some praise, but everything by pop girls is overrated on ATRL, so hey..

He is a mess for that BJ review. Why don't they get someone else to review her material and not a biased fan.

He has BEYONCÉ on his list of top albums of 2013, BJ is not on it.
