The views from the video will push it to 2x platinum and as far as we know, there's a possibility that none of the songs she released will even show up on the album. Her label and her team will get money one way or another so it really doesn't matter.

But you're comparing a single released before and one released after their respective album's releases. There's much more at stake right now, especially with AO2 having flopped and 45S being too old to have any impact on the album.
