This is a "delicate" question but in our culture we always find it odd and make fun of other countries that only use toilet paper/ wipes. We have a flexible shower hose for toilet use attached to the wall and we rinse down there and clean ourselves very well, and THEN we wipe with toilet paper. (and I uses like 5 or 6 toilet papers)
I still don't know how people clean themselves with toilet paper only and use like 2 squares

also whenever I went to the bathroom at my grandparents house, my granny always tells me to use only 1 square of toilet paper, because that's how my grandpa use it do it. what kind of nasty ass?

It's not that fancy and literally EVERY house has one. You should think about getting one sistrens it could help you with something else...
