It's good to see huge names like NEW YORK TIMES and TIME (Not some websites I never heard of before

) on the first page while Google-searching Taylor Swift.
NEW YORK TIMES article is a very good read:
Apple Can Skate by Taylor Swift, but Not Product Missteps
http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/29/bu...teps.html?_r=0
The new Apple Music service has the potential over the next two years to draw 100 million subscribers, according to Jan Dawson, an independent technology analyst for Jackdaw Research. That would more than double the combined 41 million paid subscriptions to all of the current music streaming services last year,
In tech, self-inflicted wounds have historically been worse than government rulings.
Comparing with Technology missteps, if Apple did NOT change their not paying artists during free trial policy, in my view, it would be even BIGGER MISSTEP, because of the possibility of losing support from one of their major client groups---artists, not just music, also other APPLE products, they really should thank Taylor for saving them from this CRISIS.
BTW, the other TIME article is also very interesting
