To be honest, it is a nice track, nice message to it. But nice isn't good enough for a comeback single, so this better have a hot remix
its an ok song.. i dint know if its her first single but one of the most important things its that she needs to have a real comeback " not just the media,Whitneys back that last two weeks" she needs to capture this new generation and translate it into airplay and sales.. Thats whats Madonna and Mariah haved done in the past.
Put aside my EXTREME inner Whitney stan....... this song is vocally so beautiful and understated. We all know she can't SANG like she did in the 80's and 90's so anybody looking for that was just a dumbass. But her voice is still in great shape and I love how they left all the rawness and rough spots in the song so you know its 100% Whitney and no autotune or pretension going on. It adds more grit and soul to the song IMO. Also the lyrics are TRUE to her life. Is this a comeback single HELL NO but its a song to help repair her career and image. I'm sure there will be a radio single to be released later on.
